2 Pages - Ann Beals, publisher and editor of The Bookmark, is a life-long Christian Scientist and former member of The Mother Church, The First Church of Christ, Scientist, in Boston, Massachusetts. Her father, Harry Smith, was a lecturer and teacher in Atlanta, Georgia. She was at one time a member of the branch church in Decatur, Georgia, serving in many capacities.
