There are people who know about that & if they have a secure way to report as a whistle blower they would do it. 39. I made the suggestion that there be money paid to whistle blower so that they would have an incentive for reporting corruption. 40. There are 342,171,230 people & imagine if we all work together we could cleanse every fit of corruption out of the United States. 41.
