Lamentations 3 (1)

22 [It is of] the LORD'S mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not.
23 [They are] new every morning: great [is] thy faithfulness.
24 The LORD [is] my portion, saith my soul; therefore will I hope in him.
25 The LORD [is] good to them that wait for him, to the soul [that] seeketh him.
26 [It is] good that [a man] should both hope and quietly wait for the salvation of the LORD.

Recapitulation page 465 (2) The attributes of God are justice, 15 mercy, wisdom, goodness, and so on.

Christian Science vs Spiritualism page 71 (2) Soul is synonymous with Spirit, God, the creative, governing, infinite Principle outside of finite form, 9 which forms only reflect. Thoughts to contemplate: God is Mind Mind is Omni-action = never an inactive moment Therefore there is no idle waiting

1 of 39 paragraphs for household residence (3)      Household Atonement & Eucharist 22:11 (2) Wait for reward: “Work out your own salvation,” is the demand of Life and Love, for to this end God worketh with you. “Occupy till I come!” Wait for your reward, and “be not weary in well doing.” If your endeavors are beset by fearful odds, and you receive no present reward, go not back to error, nor become a sluggard in the race.

Rudiments and growth
Question. — How can I progress most rapidly in the
  	understanding of Christian Science?
27	Answer. — Study thoroughly the letter and imbibe
the spirit. Adhere to the divine Principle of Chris-
tian Science and follow the behests of God,
30	abiding steadfastly in wisdom, Truth, and
  	   Love.

Thoughts to contemplate:
Waiting= there is more to be done before the development in individual consciousness is complete and the victory is recognized (translated), accepted, demonstrated, lived.
More to be done could be an absence in conscious and/or unconscious thought of reality.
Were the facts (Word of God) checked to filter out any un-Godlike intruders?
Compounding of God in individual experience does NOT permit a single deviation from Truth.

Wait for reward page 22 (2 & 3)
When the smoke of battle clears away, you will discern the good you have done, and receive according to your deserving. Love is not hasty to deliver us from temptation, for Love means that we shall be tried and purified.

Isaiah 28:10 (1) Go for the Gold – How to do it? Isaiah 28:10 offers some clues 10 For precept [must be] upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, [and] there a little: Thoughts to contemplate: Persevere in striving moment by moment Do a reality check constantly as your pursuit is taking place to be sure it is absent of self (ego) – for example – self will, self justification, self-deception in any form, whatsoever. Mary Baker Eddy stated that her healing work was most effective when she got Mary out of he way.

Glossary page 588 (2) 9 I, or EGO. Divine Principle; Spirit; Soul; incor- poreal, unerring, immortal, and eternal Mind. There is but one I, or Us, but one divine Principle, or 12 Mind, governing all existence; man and woman un- changed forever in their individual characters, even as numbers which never blend with each other, though they 15 are governed by one Principle. All the objects of God's creation reflect one Mind, and whatever reflects not this one Mind, is false and erroneous, even the belief that 18 life, substance, and intelligence are both mental and material.

Christian Science Practice page 403 (2) Error’s power imaginary You command the situation if you understand that 15 mortal existence is a state of self-deception and not the truth of being. Mortal mind is constantly producing on mortal body the results of false 18 opinions; and it will continue to do so, until mortal error is deprived of its imaginary powers by Truth, which sweeps away the gossamer web of mortal illusion. 21 The most Christian state is one of rectitude and spir- itual understanding, and this is best adapted for heal- ing the sick.
