Chapter six, SCIENCE, THEOLOGY, MEDICINE, is such an encouraging confirmation of this point, for it begins: "In the year 1866, I discovered the Christ Science or divine laws of Life, Truth, and Love" (107:1). It was Mary Baker Eddy who, in making this discovery, named it Christian Science and wrote the textbook.
