1. Debit = what is considered an asset in so-called material terms.
2. Debit = what you owe to Spirit and must intelligently give away to those in need.
3. Debit = anything else that you have such as time (1,440 minutes a day) and  talents that can be shared.
4. Credit = #2 listed on a Goal list.
5. Credit = #3 when completed update Goal list.

2. It is emphasized in the Bible & Mary Baker Eddy that it is necessary to progress with continuous steps verses attempting to make major progress all at once. 
For precept must be upon precept, 
precept upon precept; 
line upon line, 
line upon line; 
here a little, and 
there a little. — Isaiah 28:10.
3. Recognizing the above (2) is necessary because in order to make progress with thought one must understand how the belief of mortal mind operates.
4. Mortal Mind rejects Truth & almost anything that imposes what is already believes.
5. Mortal Mind accepts new thoughts based on repetition.
6. The importance of repeating the Truth about God & man & their relationship cannot be over emphasized, if one desire spiritual progress.
