Rudiments and growth
Question. — How can I progress most rapidly in the
understanding of Christian Science?
27 Answer. — Study thoroughly the letter and imbibe
the spirit. Adhere to the divine Principle of Chris-
tian Science and follow the behests of God,
30 abiding steadfastly in wisdom, Truth, and
Love.
Thoughts to contemplate:
Waiting= there is more to be done before the development in individual consciousness is complete and the victory is recognized (translated), accepted, demonstrated, lived.
More to be done could be an absence in conscious and/or unconscious thought of reality.
Were the facts (Word of God) checked to filter out any un-Godlike intruders?
Compounding of God in individual experience does NOT permit a single deviation from Truth.

When the smoke of battle clears away, you will discern the good you have done, and receive according to your deserving. Love is not hasty to deliver us from temptation, for Love means that we shall be tried and purified.

Persevere in striving moment by moment
Do a reality check constantly as your pursuit is taking place to be sure it is absent of self (ego) – for example – self will, self justification, self-deception in any form, whatsoever.
Mary Baker Eddy stated that her healing work was most effective when she got Mary out of he way.

Error’s power imaginary
You command the situation if you understand that
15 mortal existence is a state of self-deception and not the
truth of being. Mortal mind is constantly
producing on mortal body the results of false
18 opinions; and it will continue to do so, until mortal
error is deprived of its imaginary powers by Truth,
which sweeps away the gossamer web of mortal illusion.
21 The most Christian state is one of rectitude and spir-
itual understanding, and this is best adapted for heal-
ing the sick.
